Modal artificial fiber is a regenerated cellulose. It is obtained from beech wood and has natural properties as a nice fall, a silky sheen and excellent ability to absorb color. It is often qualifies as viscose improved.

Modal fiber has characteristics such as:

• Absorbs 50% more moisture than cotton and faster

• Produce a brilliant effect, being a smooth fiber

• Absorbs quickly, deeply and permanently dyes
